Just a few words to describe

Tenacious, Humble, Dedicated, Sincere, Authentic, Loyal

Ninette, means GRACEFUL but for the religiously inclined it also means "GOD HAS FAVORED ME".  Born on the 28th day of December on the beautiful isle of Grand Bahama, Bahamas in the city of Freeport. The second of four (4) children and the ONLY girl born to Naaman & Beatrice Russell, I was nurtured in the Catholic faith and attended St Vincent De Paul Catholic school where I completed my elementary education. During my tenure in school I was involved in numerous clubs including Brownies Girl Scouts, Girl Guides & dance to name a few. Dancing from the age of three (3) I was a part of the PePey Steppers Dance Troop where we received invitations to perform at numerous of functions.

I completed my secondary education at St Paul's Methodist

College whilst enrolled in school I had the prestigious honor of forming a dance/cheerleading squad. My last year in school I had the greatest honor of being crowned Debutante of the year for 1992 and was also 1 of 2 young parishioners selected by my parish to attend the World Youth Day Conference in Denver Colorado in 1993 where we met the leader of the Catholic Churches Pope John Paul II. After returning from the Conference I was on fire and saw it fit to motivate & inspire other young people about the greatness of God. So at the tender age of nineteen (19) I recruited a number of youth & young adults within the Church to start our Youth Group which was fifty plus (50+) members strong and being so excited about that I created the Youth/Young Adult Choir accompanied by a strong group of Musicians. Both were so successful and a blessing within the Catholic Community in Grand Bahama, I therefore decided to take it a step further and organized visits to the local hospital, the Children's Home & Home for the Aged and served, interacted and assisted those that were unable to get up and move freely as they wanted too. At age twenty (20) I was elected as the youngest Vice President to serve on the Catholic Parish Board of Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church.

Working in the Hospitality Industry I developed a passion for the work that I was doing, helping others, being polite, anticipating guests needs and making guests feel welcome was like an art to me henceforth, I decided I wanted to further my education in Hospitality Management needless to say, I left home and travelled to Ft Lauderdale, Fl and started my college education at Keiser College in 1997 obtaining my Associates of Arts degree with honors and also being a recipient of the Nationals Dean's List. I still was eager to learn more and wasn't satisfied so I followed that star and pursued my Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources graduating once again from Keiser University with honors.

Known as an Ambassador for helping others I have taken the initiative to assist and arrange numerous recovery drives to assist others especially in natural disasters such as those in Puerto Rico after the devastation of Hurricane Maria, my homeland of Grand Bahama after the catastrophic hurricane Dorian, those in Haiti after the earthquake in 2021 and those organizations locally in Florida that I just simply give back to. "Giving back is important. It makes others feel good which in turn makes me feel good."

Working in the Hospitality sector I have managed to work my way up from working in numerous departments and holding many different titles. Currently working as an Assistant General Manager and on my days off as a substitute teacher, being involved in several organizations and a full time mom to my beautiful daughter Wila'yah, I still manage to get the job done and provide the love & quality time needed.

In closing being crowned 2023 Russell Alexander Earl Sr Grand Court Queen Ladies of the Circle of Perfection is a distinguished honor. Wearing this crown I walk in GRACE, ELEGANCE & utmost RESPECT. I look forward to doing great work each and everyone within the Ladies of the Circle of Perfection with a focus on Mental Health Awareness within the community.

Mental Health is an incredibly important part of overall health, with many, many experiencing mental health symptoms, we need to join together and help others to get the appropriate support and quality care to live healthy, fulfilling lives.
